Capabilities we bring

Custom engagements may draw on OptiFlow's existing module library — reconfigured and extended for your domain — or require capabilities built entirely from scratch. If the analytical tool you need doesn't exist yet, we build it. Either way, what you receive is production-grade, validated against your imaging data, and yours to deploy.

Augmented reality capabilitiesReal-time AR overlay and in-silico enhancement of live instrument feeds — including generative AI rendering of virtual stains, contrast augmentation, and region-of-interest annotation directly on the acquisition view. Deployed commercially at ETH Zurich.
Detection, segmentation, morphological characterisation & statisticsPrecise localisation, boundary delineation, enumeration, and per-object morphological characterisation of features of interest — cells, particles, defects, inclusions — with population-level statistics, texture analysis, and spatial distribution outputs across any imaging modality.
Classification & gradingSupervised deep learning for object-level classification, phenotypic scoring, disease grading, or defect categorisation — trained on your annotated data.
Unsupervised anomaly detectionNo labelled defects required. Learns normal appearance from clean reference images and flags deviations automatically — ideal for novel failure modes or new imaging modalities with no defect library.
Real-time & embedded processingLow-latency inference pipelines designed for live-stream processing and on-device deployment — including embedded systems where computational footprint is constrained.
